Appointment & Cancellation Policy

Starting in October 2024 DM3 Auto Care will be requiring deposits for appointments in order to be scheduled on the calendar. If a deposit is not made then we can not confirm that your appointment has been made.

As our business has continued to grow this year, and the number of customers we’ve serviced continues to rise we have also noticed an increase of customers who don’t show up or cancel last minute. The reason we decided to incorporate the Deposit Policy into our business is because once we have you down in our calendar It means we have blocked out a specific amount of time out of our day to service & properly care for your vehicle.

This is a non refundable deposit so all we do for cancels/ no shows is keep the deposit as opposed to charging an extra fee. The deposit will typically be 25% of your total price on all your services you requested. So if you get a mini detail for 20$ your deposit will only be $80. If your total is $400 your deposit will be $100. If you need to reschedule within 24 hours of your appointment, then a new deposit will be required to confirm the new appointment so we urge you to let us know as soon as you possibly can so we can work with you.

Do not worry! This deposit is not an additional charge, it will go towards your total price of the services. If your total was $800 & you paid the $200 deposit then you will only need to pay the remaining $600 once we finish your vehicle and are ready to hand it over to you.

No need to stress! Should the weather be a concern, or if for some reason an event comes up on our end where we’d no longer be available at your scheduled date and time we will reschedule your appointment & no additional deposit is required.
